In most cases, what comes first is the beginning or the initial step in a sequence or process. This could be the starting point of a project, the first stage of a plan, or the earliest event in a series. On the other hand, what comes last is the final step or the end of a sequence or process. This could be the conclusion of a project, the last stage of a plan, or the ultimate event in a series. **

Germanic history is often overlooked in traditional history curriculums because it is not as well-documented or as widely studied as other historical periods. Additionally, the focus of many history courses tends to be on more well-known civilizations and empires, suchjson as ancient Greece and Rome, or more recent events such as the World Wars. However, Germanic history has played a significant role in shaping Europe and the world, and it is important to include it in historical education to provide a more comprehensive understanding of the past. Efforts are being made to incorporate Germanic history into curriculums, but it may still be overshadowed by other historical topics. **

It is difficult to predict whether history will repeat itself in Germany if the AfD comes to power, as it depends on a variety of factors. However, the rise of the AfD has raised concerns due to its far-right ideology and anti-immigrant stance, which has drawn comparisons to the rise of the Nazi party in the 1930s. If the AfD were to come to power, there is a risk that it could lead to increased polarization, discrimination, and potential erosion of democratic values in Germany. However, Germany's strong democratic institutions and commitment to learning from its history may prevent a repeat of the past. **

Putting oneself first is important in order to be able to take care of others effectively. By prioritizing self-care and personal well-being, individuals can ensure they are in a good position to support and help those around them. It is like the concept of putting on your own oxygen mask first before assisting others on an airplane - taking care of oneself enables one to better help others. **
